BioRePeelCl3 is so much more than just a peel. It is a complete solution for anti-ageing, acne and sun damaged skin. Containing 35% Trichloroacetic Acid (aka TCA), 5 other acids, antioxidants and amino acids, it has a unique formulation that bypasses the epidermal layer to revitalise and rejuvenate the skin from within.

Following your consultation, we will commence the process of addressing your skin concerns and preparing your skin for the procedure.

Firstly the skin is double cleansed. We then do a deep enzyme exfoliation.

BioRePeelCl₃ is then applied and massaged into the skin. The product is left on the skin for approximately 10 minutes and then neutralised with water. You may feel a slight tingling of the skin but no discomfort during your treatment. Before you leave we apply BioReHydra & BioReLift for hydration.

The treatment will involve a series of

accompanied by a prescribed at-home skincare regimen aimed at optimising your outcomes.

• Keep your skin hydrated before and after treatment

• Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before your appointment

• Do not use exfoliating products for 24 hours prior to treatment

• Do not use Retin-A or active skin applications for 7 days prior to treatment

• Do not use the self-tanning agents and avoid UV exposure for 14 days prior to treatment

• Avoid waxing, bleaching or hair removal for 14 days prior to treatment

• If you are taking a blood thinner, aspirin or any other medications you may be required to obtain a GP approval letter for the treatment.

• On the day of the treatment, please do not apply makeup.

• If you are planning to have Botox or fillers please allow 2 weeks after your Botox appointment prior to BioRePeel.

• There is no preparation or downtime required

• It exfoliates, removing dead skin cells encouraging skin to regenerate

• Purifies and oxygenate the skin, leaving it moisturised and free of impurities mediated by its amino acids and vitamins

This peel is suitable for all skin types, colours and ages. It is excellent for those with acne prone, congested skin and skin with pigmentation and scarring. It is great to prevent aging as it contains essential amino acids and vitamins that every skin requires. It is just as beneficial for the young skin during acute stages of acne, blackheads, with recent scarring. Due to its extremely short downtime, it is a saviour for those with busy schedule and frequent social commitments.

BioRepeelCl3 is contraindicated with the following conditions

• Diabetes

• Kidney disease

• Skin cancer

• Cancer

• Keloid scarring

• Auto immune disorders

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding

• Blood disorders (hepatitis, HIV)

And caution should be taken with the following

• Allergies

• Cold sores

• Eczema/Psoriasis/dermatitis

• Burns/skin grafts

• Tattoos/moles/warts

• Gluten intolerance

• Lactose intolerance

• Medications: antibiotics/steroids/blood thinners

• Immediately after your treatment, your skin may be more sensitive than usual. Use tepid water for the initial 24 hours to wash the treated area.

• After 24 hours, use a gentle cleanser to cleanse the face for the following 48 hours and gently dry the treated skin.

• Do not use non-mineral make up for 48 hours post treatment

• Keep the skin hydrated with a gentle moisturiser.

• Do not take any inflammatory medicines for at least 2 weeks post treatment.

• Do not apply makeup or sunscreen or 24 hours after the procedure.

• Do not apply any makeup with a makeup brush, especially if it is not new/recently cleaned.

• After the initial 24 hours, apply a broad spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen with a minimum SPF 30 for at least two weeks. A chemical-free sunscreen is highly recommended.

AVOID:

• For at least 14 days post treatment, do NOT use any Hydroxy Acid, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C (in a low pH formula) or anything perceived as ‘active’ skincare.

• Avoid excessive IV exposure sunbeds and tanning creams for 14 days post-treatment.

• Avoid waxing, bleaching or hair removal for 14 days post-treatment

• Do not go swimming or use the sauna/steam room for 14 days post-treatment.

• Do not participate in strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
